Wnt agonist that activates Wnt signaling in cellular assays and a Xenopus model. Induces beta-catenin and TCF-dependent transcriptional activity in a dose-dependent manner (EC50=0.7µM). Wnt activation occured in a GSK-3beta independent manner.
