CD85h (leukocyte Ig-like receptor A2) is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein, associating with Fc receptor gamma chain, to serve as an activating immunoreceptor. In the result, however, CD85h signaling leads to suppression of dendritic cell differentiation and antigen presentation, and of innate immune responses. This glycoprotein is expressed mainly on monocytes, macrophages, and myeloid dendritic cells, at a lower level on granulocyte and NK cell subsets.
Flow cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 20 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (2 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
