EXCELLYSE XPerm is intended to be used as a lysing solution with fixative. This includes permeabilizing of the cytoplasmic membrane of leukocytes and lysing of red blood cells prior to the flow cytometric analysis. The product is intended to be used by trained personnel in a laboratory environment and either for manual sample preparation by a user or with a sample preparation system.
