Mock and infected Vero whole cell extracts (20 μg) were separated by 4-20% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Zika virus Capsid protein (GTX133317) diluted at 1:2500.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Zika virus Capsid protein (GTX133317) diluted at 1:10000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Non-infected (–) and infected (+) C6/36 whole cell extract (20 μg) were separated by 4-20% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Zika virus Capsid protein (GTX133317) diluted at 1:10000.
