Recombinant Cynomolgus CD3E&CD3G/CD3 epsilon&CD3 gamma Protein is expressed from HEK293 with Flag tag at the C-terminus of subunit CD3E and His tag at the C-terminus of subunit CD3G.It contains Gln22-Asp117 (CD3E) and Gln23-Thr113 (CD3G).
Molecular Weight:
The protein has a predicted MW of 16.17 kDa (CD3E) and 15.98 kDa (CD3G). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 20-24 kDa and 26-30 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Lyophilized from 0.22 µm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
