Recombinant Cynomolgus IL-23 alpha&IL-12 beta Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the N-terminus of IL-23 alpha.It contains Val22-Pro189(IL-23 alpha) and Ile23-Ser328(IL-12 beta).
Molecular Weight:
The protein has a predicted MW of 19.52 kDa (IL-23 alpha) and 34.76 kDa (IL-12 beta). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 20-25 kDa (IL-23 alpha) and 40-50 kDa (IL-12 beta) based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Lyophilized from 0.22 µm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
