• Application Notes: Human monocyte derived Dendritic cells were prepared in 8 day culture. Five x 105 cells per tube were washed and incubated 45 minutes on ice with 80 ul of antihuman CD273/Biotin at concentration of 10 ug/ml. They were then washed twice and incubated with
