AH 11110A is an alpha1B-adrenoceptor antagonist, but it cant effectively distinguish between the different subtypes of alpha(1) adrenoceptors (A, B, and D), nor can it clearly differentiate between alpha(1) and alpha(2) adrenoceptors[1][2].
