Sematilide hydrochloride (CK-1752 hydrochloride) is a selective IKr channel blocker. Sematilide causes a concentration-dependent inhibition of the delayed rectifier K+ current (IC50=25 µM). Sematilide is a class III antiarrhythmic agent[1].
