MDVN1003 is a Brutons tyrosine kinase (BTK) and phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase delta (PI3Kdelta) dual inhibitor which prevents the activation of B cells and inhibits the phosphorylation of protein kinase B (AKT) and extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2 (ERK 1/2). MDVN1003 can be used for non-Hodgkins lymphoma (NHL) research[1].
