R715 is a highly selective bradykinin B1 receptor antagonist. R715 slightly inhibits plasma extravasation and reduces the number of cells in skin tissues in mouse models. R715 decreases the mean arterial blood pressure of spontaneously hypertensive rats and induces transient tachycardia. R715 alleviates hyperalgesia to heat in diabetic mice induced by Streptozotocin (HY-13753) and reverses agonist-induced enhanced hyperalgesia. R715 is applicable for the research of atopic dermatitis, hypertension and type 1 diabetes mellitus[1][2][3].
