Ladostigil (TV-3326) hydrochloride is an orally active dual inhibitor of cholinesterase and brain-selective monoamine oxidase (MAO), with IC50s of 37.1 and 31.8 µM for MAO-B and AChE, respectively. Ladostigil hydrochloride exhibits neuroprotective, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities. Ladostigil can be used for the research of depression and Alzheimers disease[1][2]. Ladostigil (hydrochloride) is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
