Vintoperol (RGH 2981, RT-3003) is a potent and orally active antithrombotic agent. Vintoperol interferes with platelet aggregation and has antithrombotic effects, protecting mice from retrograde and anterograde amnesia induced by traumatic brain injury[1][2].
