TC-1698 is a selective alpha7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptors agonist with EC50 value of 0.16 µM and 0.46 µM for monkey alpha7 nicotinic receptor and human alpha7 nicotinic receptor, respectively. TC-1698 improves memory and has neuroprotective effects. TC-1698 can be used for Alzheimers disease research[1].
