NS5A-IN-3 (Compound 15) is a potent inhibitor of NS5A. NS5A-IN-3 has extremely high potency against HCV genotype 1b, improved activity against genotype 3a (GT 3a) and good metabolic stability. NS5A-IN-3 exhibits a higher resistance barrier than daclatasvir against genotype 1b[1]. NS5A-IN-3 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
