Adrogolide hydrochloride ameliorates the MPTP (HY-15608)-induced Parkinsons Disease in marmoset model, reduces the dyskinesias tendency. Adrogolide hydrochloride reverses Risperidone (HY-11018)-induced cognitive deficits in monkey[1].
