BO-1236 is a compound with antibacterial activity. It has strong activity against Gram-negative bacteria including Pseudomonas aeruginosa. It has shown activity superior to or equivalent to that of some commonly used antibiotics in in vitro and in vivo experiments, and has a certain stability against beta-lactamase.
