NBC19 is an NLRP3 inflammasome inhibitor with an IC50 of 60 nM in differentiated THP1 cells. NBC19 inhibits nigericin- and ATP-induced IL-1beta release with IC50s of 80 nM and 850 nM, respectively[1].
