SLM6031434 exerts anti-fibrotic effects by increasing sphingosine accumulation and Smad7 expression. SLM6031434 demonstrates effective anti-fibrotic efficacy in a unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO)-induced tubulointerstitial fibrosis mouse model.
