Vofopitant dihydrochloride (GR 205171A) is a blood-brain barrier-permeable NK1 receptor inhibitor with a pKi of 9.02 in mice. Vofopitant dihydrochloride blocks vomiting-related responses and inhibits pseudoptyalism.
