DBCO-C6-acid is a non-cleavable ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). DBCO-C6-acid can be used in the synthesis of carmaphycin analogues[1]. DBCO- C6- acid is a click chemistry reagent, it contains a DBCO group that can undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing Azide groups.
