TDI-2760 can inhibit the Abeta-fibrinogen interaction and Abeta aggregation, and also modulate the contact system activation induced by Abeta42. TDI-2760 can be used in research related to vascular abnormalities and Abeta aggregation in Alzheimers disease[1].
