NDM-1-IN-6 (Compound 1) is a potent, selective and competitive New Delhi Metallo-beta-lactamase-1 (NDM-1) inhibitor with a Ki of 0.72 µM. NDM-1-IN-6 has a synergistic antibacterial effect with the carbapenem antibiotic Meropenem (HY-13678). NDM-1-IN-6 is mainly used for research on NDM-1-mediated multidrug-resistant bacterial infections[1].
