LEI110 is a potent, selective and cell-permeable pan-inhibitor of the HRASLS family of thiol hydrolases. LEI110 inhibits PLA2G16, HRASLS2, RARRES3 and iNAT, with pIC50 values of 7.0, 6.8, 6.8, and 7.6, respectively. LEI110 reduces cellular arachidonic acid levels and oleic acid-induced lipolysis in HepG2 cells[1].
