(R)-KT109 is a highly potent inhibitor of diacylglycerol lipase beta (DAGLbeta) with an IC50 of 0.79 nM and effectively blocks DAGLalpha-mediated hydrolysis of 1-stearoyl-2-arachidonoyl-sn-glycerol. Additionally, it demonstrates inhibitory activity against alpha/beta-hydrolase domain-containing protein 6 (ABHD6) with an IC50 of 2.51 nM, exhibiting greater potency for DAGLbeta, DAGLalpha, and ABHD6 compared to its (S) isomer, (S)-KT109.
