Delphinidin-3-sambubioside chloride inhibits LPS-induced inflammatory factors release. Delphinidin-3-sambubioside chloride also alleviates hepatic lipid accumulation in HFD rats. Delphinidin-3-sambubioside chloride can be isolated from Hibiscus sabdariffa L.[1][3].
