Amorfrutin A is the inhibition of NF-kappaB activation, that inhibits TNF-alpha-induced IkappaBalpha degradation, p65 nuclear translocation, and DNA-binding activity. Amorfrutin A promotes TNF-alpha-induced apoptosis in HeLa cell through promotion of caspase-3 and PARP proteolysis[1].
