ATSP-7041 is a dual MDM2/MDMX inhibitor with Ki values of 0.9 nM and 7 nM, and Kd values of 0.91 nM and 2.31 nM, respectively. ATSP-7041 activates the p53 pathway and induces G1 and G2/M cell cycle arrest as well as apoptosis in wild-type p53 cancer cells. ATSP-7041 enters cells via time-dependent liquid-phase macropinocytosis without disrupting the cell membrane, efficiently penetrates cancer cells in serum, and exerts a sustained inhibitory effect on the p53 signaling pathway. ATSP-7041 can be used in research related to osteosarcoma and breast cancer[1][2].
