TCL053, together with DPPC (Dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine), PEG-DMG (Polyethylene glycoldimyristoyl glycerol), and cholesterol, forms lipid nanoparticle (LNP) which is able to deliver Cas9 mRNA and sgRNA into skeletal muscle[1][2].
