Pralurbactam (FL058) is a beta-lactamase (Beta-lactamase) inhibitor. Pralurbactam enhances the antibacterial activity of Imipenem against Mycobacterium abscessus. Pralurbactam reduces the pulmonary bacterial load in neutropenic mice infected with Mycobacterium abscessus.
