ODN TTAGGG sodium, inhibitory oligonucleotide (ODN), is a TLR9, AIM2 and cGAS antagonist. ODN TTAGGG sodium is immunosuppressive and inhibits AIM2 inflammasome activation, as well as cGAS activation, by competing with DNA.
