OTUB1/USP8-IN-1 TFA inhibits proliferation of NSCLC cells. OTUB1/USP8-IN-1 TFA exhibits good pharmacokinetic characters in ICR mouse, and exhibits antitumor activity in H1975 xenograft mouse model[1].
