Topoisomerase IIalpha-IN-6 (Compound 47d) is an inhibitor of DNA topoisomerase IIalpha/beta. Topoisomerase IIalpha-IN-6 inhibits human topoisomerase IIalpha and human topoisomerase IIbeta with IC50 values of 0.67 µM and 0.55 µM, respectively. Topoisomerase IIalpha-IN-6 has stable metabolism[1].
