RORgamma antagonist 1 exhibits anti-proliferative activity in HPAF-II pancreatic cancer xenograft model. RORgamma antagonist 1 inhibits RAS/MAPK and AKT/mTORC1 pathway, and induces caspase-dependent apoptosis in pancreatic cancer cells[1].
