Antifungal agent 60 inhibits 7 human pathogenic fungal species, 2 fluconazole-resistant C. albicans isolates and 2 multi-drug resistant Candida auris isolates. Antifungal agent 60 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
