Brazilin-7-acetate (B-7-A) is an inhibitor of alpha-synuclein (alpha-Syn) aggregates. Brazilin-7-acetate inhibits the formation of alpha-synuclein fibril, mitigates cytotoxicity, and decreases oxidative stress. Brazilin-7-acetate can be used in the research of Parkinsons disease[1].
