BTK-IN-37 (compound 8d) is a BTK inhibitor that can induce apoptosis in cancer cells. BTK-IN-37 targets BTK with Ki and IC50 of 5.07 nM and 3.6 nM, respectively. BTK-IN-37 can also selectively induce enrichment of genes involved in necroptosis and pyroptosis[1].
