ROS151 is an AChE inhibitor, with IC50s of 14 nM (hAChE), 1.68 µM (eqBChE), 8.17 µM (hFAAH) respectively. ROS151 is also a chelator of Fe3+ and Cu2+. ROS151 can be used for research of Alzheimers disease[1].
