Phosphodiesterase-IN-2 improves the stability of liver microsomes, and lowers BBB permeability. Phosphodiesterase-IN-2 exhibits good pharmacokinetic characters, and attenuates isoprenaline (HY-108353)-induced cardiac hypertrophic in mouse models[1].
