Anti-MRSA agent 14 disrupts cell membrane and restrains metabolism. Anti-MRSA agent 14 shows antibacterial effects against S. aureus ATCC 6538, S. aureus ATCC 29213, S. epidermidis ATCC 12228, and MRSA with MIC values of 1, 2, 2, 1 µM respectively[1].
