PTP1B-IN-27 (Compound 7i) is an inhibitor of protein tyrosine phosphatase 1-B (PTP-1B)(IC50=8.2 µM). PTP1B-IN-27 also inhibits alpha-Glucosidase (IC50=120 µM) and shows competitive inhibition (Ki=118 µM)[1].
