EV-A71-IN-2 (compound 6c) is a anti-EV-A71 agent with the EC50 values of 0.29 µM and 1.66 µM aganist of EV-A71-MRC-5 cells and EV-A71-RD cells, respectively. EV-A71-IN-2 can be used for study of enterovirus infection[1].
