P60-L3-VHL is a PROTAC-class Foxp3 degrader. P60-L3-VHL reduced cell differentiation and Foxp3 expression in activated Treg cells in vitro and had anti-tumor activity (Blue: E3 ligase ligand (HY-162945), Pink: target protein ligand (HY-162946), Black: linker (HY-162947))[1].
