JHD205 is a CDK4/6 inhibitor that induces apoptosis and DNA damage. JHD205 inhibits DNA repair by upregulating Caspase3 and p-H2AX. JHD205 has superior potency to Abemaciclib (HY-16297A) in a xenograft chick embryo breast cancer model.[1].
