Antifungal agent 92 can induce abnormal mitochondrial morphology, loss of mitochondrial membrane potential, and reactive oxygen species (ROS) accumulation in Sclerotinia sclerotiorum. Antifungal agent 92 is a moderate promiscuous inhibitor of mitochondrial complexes II and III[1].
