GFRalpha2/3-IN-1 (Compound 16) is a selective GFRalpha2/3 inhibitor with IC50 values of 0.1 and 0.2 µM for GFRalpha2 and GFRalpha3, respectively. GFRalpha2 is a glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF) receptor related to GFRalpha1, GFRalpha2/3-IN-1 can be used for pain and itch research[1].
