HB-230 is a red fluorescent transglutaminase 2 (TG2) probe. HB-230 complexes with TG2 and alpha2-macroglobulin via the LRP1 pathway for efficient endocytosis. The excitation and emission wavelengths of HB-230 are 649 and 665 nm, respectively[1].
