NLRP3-IN-45 (D6) is an inhibitor of NLRP3 inflammasome activation, inhibiting the activity of IL-1beta (IC50=41.79 nM). NLRP3-IN-45 exerts its effects without affecting the initial stage of NLRP3 inflammasome activation. NLRP3-IN-45 specifically inhibits the activation of NLRP3 inflammasome in the LPS-induced acute lung injury (ALI) mouse model[1].
