hMAO-B-IN-10 (compound 7) is an inhibitor of MAO-A/B with IC50 of 424.1 nM and 177.9 nM, respectively. hMAO-B-IN-10 exerts a certain neuroprotective effect in MPTP (HY-15608)-induced mouse PD model.[1].
