Antiparasitic agent-25 inhibits both parasite invasion and replication ability and has irreversible action against Toxoplasma gondii, significantly reducing the replication rate of Toxoplasma gondii with an IC50 value of 6.33 µM, and demonstrates low cytotoxicity with a CC50 value of 285 µM[1].
